Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital products, e-books, or downloadable content cannot be returned once purchased.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For card payments, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (via Stripe), within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank's processing times. For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, we will arrange a bank transfer.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider or bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and arrange to send your item to our physical location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning items worth a substantial amount, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
